Dear Ms Pinkney,
I have noted that you have not had the courtesy of responding to my emails. That is extremely unprofessional and, as a serving officer, is very discourteous.
I am quite sure that you are now aware that I have posted the full and unedited letter to you on my blog and this has attracted a great deal of interest.
GB News have contacted me to discuss this but I have declined to comment, for the present, as I have submitted a claim to you, as Chief Constable of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
Given the immeasurable mental health and physical health issues that Leverton’s actions have caused me, I want this concluded as quickly as possible.
You have until the end of the day to respond to me in a positive way insofar that you will agree to my settlement demand, with a non disclosure agreement forming part of the overall settlement, as well as the permanent deletion of all posts that relate to either Leverton or you.
Otherwise, this matter will be escalated to the media and other platforms.
