I am reporting my GP practice to the General Medical Council

Here is the message that I sent earlier this evening

I hereby give notice that I will be reporting Dr Hill to the General Medical Council for failure to provide me with the essential medication that was dispensed twice before.

As a result of the withdrawal of medication, I am now in significant pain

Whether Dr Hill is retired or not is irrelevant as, under UK law, he has held himself out to be a partner of the South Wight Medical Practice and, as such, every partner of the practice is jointly and severally liable for his alleged malfeasance.
