Verity (the rig) is coming to the island

Everything is now sorted. My friend is taking me to the Fishbourne ferry for me to go over as a foot passenger and then roughly 1 1/2 hours later, I return with Verity. The cost of bringing her back to the island is £144 but it is a small price worth paying.

Then the work begins to get her ready for her very long trip. Bits and pieces have been coming every day, including a new special sat nav into which I can input the height and width of the truck.

I am going to have to take a big box of disposable face masks, not for Covid but I am going to sadly come up against a lot of death, once I go into Ukraine.
