It is nothing whatsoever to do with whether we like Putin or not; it is all to do with money.
Putin is running out of cash and will sell the gas to anyone, very cheaply, to generate money for the war effort.
Sadly, the energy companies have no morality whatsoever and just think purely of the bottom line.
What we should do is to buy gas from anywhere else apart from Russia, even if it costs twice or triple the price.
