My ex wife, Rosanna and I have buried the hatchet. As it is both our interests, we will now be working together to take out an action against my father and/or his estate, as he is suffering from advanced Alzheimer’s and his estate is under the control of my “brother”, Martin Hender and my father’s old financial advisor, John Marriott. My father and the other two are all masons. Read into that what you will.
The action relates to the breach of verbal contract that my father made with Rosanna, as she had issues with the prenup agreement that my family wanted her to sign and, in addition, the breach of promise that my father made to Rosanna to ensure that she and her children would be looked after, in the event of a divorce, as I had no capital.
