The laying of wreaths in memory of Sir David Amess – where was Cressida Dick?

I have just watched the very moving but simple laying of wreaths by the Prime Minister, The leader of the opposition, the Home Secretary and the speaker of the house

Given that she is the country’s Crime Commissioner, I was disgusted that Cressida Dick could not have been bothered to attend the wreath laying.

I have watched all of the coverage over the last day and Cressida Dick was totally absent from all of it.
