Morrisons delivery pass

As I have now left Morrisons and have moved to Sainsbury’s, I wanted to cancel my delivery pass. As I have complained, clearly Morrisons have done something to my log in to ensure that I cannot cancel the very expensive delivery pass; this is criminal

UPDATE: MORRISONS HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY DELIVERY PASS
