You all know that I was found guilty of supposed harassment but, because I knew that the judge was a mason, he gave me a suspended sentence. But before that I had endured a month in prison.
You also know that I have had withdrawal symptoms from my anti depressants. Although better, I still feel very rough and went to bed, although did not sleep much.
A “light bulb moment” came to me.
When I started writing my blog, back in April 2018, I put an automatic copyright on everything. That means that none of my blog can be copied or reproduced without my permission, regardless of what it was to be used for.
That means that the police, the courts, Verity Hender and her mother have breached my copyright and I will sue all of them for significant damages.
That also means that the evidence that was used in my case was illegally obtained and so the case against me is void. I was falsely arrested, falsely charges and falsely imprisoned.
Given the trauma that I have gone through, damages will be in the millions of pounds.
