It is reported that a large number of young people in the US are being hospitalised with Covid.
Given that this is the case, the UK government should now put the USA in the “red zone” and prevent US tourists from coming to the UK.
If the UK government is playing Russian Roulette with the health of the UK citizens and, in particular, our young people, for the sake of extra cash from US tourists, then the government will crash and burn.
Quite frankly, for the sake of tourists coming into the UK, it has become a “free for all” for anyone who wants to holiday in the UK from overseas, REGARDLESS of the “Covid state” in their country. Let’s face it, the UK borders have been as porous as a T bag, throughout this entire pandemic and that is done ENTIRELY to the government.
