I bought a printer but, as is my right, I cancelled it, as I found a cheaper one. I knew I had a lot of printing to do so ordered an XL cartridge to match.
Despite the cartridge not being despatched until two days after I cancelled it, it was delivered.
So, I complained to customer services of Amazon, using both email addresses. These were

That means that the poor customer, like you and me, has to wade through so called help forms that get you nowhere.
THEY ARE USING COVID-19 AS AN EXCUSE TO MAKE MORE MONEY BY MAKING YOU GIVE UP ON ITEMS THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN, BECAUSE MOST COLLECTION POINTS ARE SHUT AND I AM IN HOSPITAL
QUITE FRANKLY, AMAZON.CO.UK ARE ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS AND THE SCUM OF THE EARTH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO MORALS. FOR THEM, JUST ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY OF SIMPLY HORRENDOUS PROPORTIONS TO MAKE MORE PROFIT
The solution? Go on line to your credit card company and cancel the transaction. That is what I am going to do right now
