A breakthrough to take down Berwin Leighton Paisner, Paicolex Trust Management AG, my father et all

Following two consecutive “IBS” attacks in the early hours of this morning, I could not return to bed but had to come downstairs to take some medication to try and relieve the symptoms.

Everyone knows now why this happened; it was down to the paedophilic activities of my father in the early part of my life. It is not life threatening but very serious.

Whilst waiting for it to take effect, I surfed the net and came across an independent organisation called Tax Watch UK, run by powerful people who believe that everyone should be paying their fair share of tax and these are very wealthy men and women who are running it.

I read one of their articles and was horrified; it is to do with the gaming industry and there is actually a process whereby gaming companies can claim tax back in cash from HMRC.

This is just a snipet of the article

Video Games Tax Relief works by reducing the taxable profit of a video game developer. Developers can deduct an extra 25% of qualifying expenditure from their taxable profit. If a game is loss-making then the developer can claim a cash credit from HMRC.

I was simply horrified to discover that a company who had a loss making game could actually claim cash back from the Revenue.

There are many businesses out there, small and large, corporate and non corporate who make losses and, in the Covid 19 environment, that will sadly be more of the case now. But the point is that these businesses can only carry forward their losses and set against future profits for tax purposes, when actually what these businesses really need is the cash.

But these gaming companies, who are all mega rich anyway, can actually claim back money if they have a loss making game.

In my book, that is simply not fair or equitable.

When I was running my company and the losses in the company started to pile up, due to both the downturn and looking after my Liesel and both my parents, I could have done with that money. It was roughly £40,000 and is not large when you are talking about the corporate world but boy, I needed that money.

There is another side to this too.

I have been banging on about the tax evasion carried out by my father, which was facilitated by Berwin Leighton Paisner, for a number of years now.

But no one has listened; the police, not even the tax authorities but now that I have found Tax Watch, I think that I am slowly getting there, even if I am dangling off the cliff edge, wanting to die.

This tax evaded money  (TWENTY FIVE MILLION POUNDS OF IT) is sitting in the British Virgin Islands and no tax is paid on the investment gains. This was all set up by Berwin Leighton Paisner and now managed by Paicolex Trust Management AG, a  Swiss wholly owned subsidiary of Berwin Leighton Paisner.

We all know what the Swiss are like in evading tax, don’t we!

If we all paid our fair chunk of taxes, as I do, the world would be a much better place and there would be little or no poverty.

But it all comes back to that one word, GREED, doesn’t it?
