I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my two pharmacists who I see a lot (sadly); they are lovely people and I like to thank them by buying Easter and Christmas presents.
I looked at my order history and I saw that the order was being cancelled. So, I wrote to the supplier and they have confirmed that they have NOT cancelled my order.
I am in the middle of a dispute with Amazon and this incident now proves that Amazon are being very churlish

It proves, doesn’t it, that Amazon know that they have been caught out and, like a petulant child, is throwing his toys out of a pram
and if to put a finer point on it, they have fudged the system. I sent no cancellation request
Well, Amazon, it will not wash with me
