Sometimes, unfortunately, these scum get released, either because their sentence is over or that they get released for good behaviour.
These people, mainly men but also women, have a predilection for committing these crimes; it is within them and no amount of rehabilitation with suppress their urges.
So, here is, what I believe, is a good idea. TAG THEM FOR LIFE
Yes, it will cost a bit but not only do we pay thousands in tax to support the police who, in my opinion, do very little but how can you put a price on a life?
Is life really that cheap these days? Certainly, from personal experience, mine certainly is, as far as the police are concerned and I am still alive but I might as well be dead.
They are and will always be a danger to society and so if they think they will get caught, they will not succumb to their disgusting urges.
This thought was triggered by a documentary on re-offending and, of course, included an interview with Dr Sara Payne MBE, who lost not only her beautiful little daughter, at the hands of Whiting, but lost her husband who could not cope with the loss and who became a drunk and committed suicide. Dr Payne herself suffered a stroke as a result of the strain.
I have tried to find a contact address for Dr Payne, in order to send her my thoughts, but, as is usual, I have just gone around in circles.
So, if anyone knows Dr Payne and reads this, please pass it on.
