When dealing with the police – one rule for a woman and one rule for a man

Just watched another Motorway Patrol.

A van was pulled over because it was stolen.

Man (driver) said that he had borrowed it from a friend was NOT BELIEVED BY THE POLICE

BUT

The woman passenger who went into the usual act of lots of tears said she did not know it was stolen but was believed by the police, as they could not prove it either way

So, whether it is New Zealand or the UK, one rule for the pretty (and not so pretty) girlies and one rule for the men.

And if to prove the point

Two 17/18 year old Kiwi girls walking on motorway trying to hitch a lift were let off by the police

But

A Japanese man who had been in the country for a few days was giving a $150 fine for doing exactly the same thing.

The girls knew the rules but the man didn’t but HE WAS THE ONE FINED
