Inappropriate placing of adverts – Gorilla

I have just watched a horrific documentary regarding the murder of Cordell Richards and that will be the subject of my next post but I want to just write about the inappropriate placing of adverts.

Cordell Richards’ murder was both premeditated and gruesome  and to have the Gorilla advert at the front and back of every segment seemed to be to be totally wrong, given the nature of the subject matter of the programme.

The latest Gorilla advert is funny and well balanced and I have given it one of my gold stars but I felt that it was totally wrong to have the advert sponsoring such a documentary. It was not a robbery, it was not an assault of many women or men but it was to do with someone being burned alive and then finished off the next day.

I am sorry Gorilla but it will taint the reputation of your product and you should move to a more “friendlier” type of programme
