Most people just watch programmes in isolation. They watch, then switch off.
But, I am different; I have a retentive memory. Sometimes it can be a bonus and sometimes a curse. It at least saved me from prison.
I was watching air crash investigation, the case of the shooting down in 1983 of Korean Airlines KAL 007, by the Russians.
The problem in the investigation was that they did not know where the plane had crashed.
Out of the blue, the US military approached the investigators and offered some highly sensitive information, heavily redacted. They knew the exact course of the plane.
It appeared that there was a highly secret radar system called Passive Radar that tracked every civilian and military aircraft on the globe.
That was in 1983. By the time of the disappearance of MH370, that Passive Radar system would have been even more advanced.
So, the US military know the exact route of MH 370 and probably where it came down. The Americans are so secretive that they put a very high price on that secrecy.
They have always considered life to be very cheap and the death of 239 passengers and crew would mean nothing to them, absolutely nothing to them
All of the information above was gleaned from episodes of Air Crash Investigation. It is not a question of the information being there; it is a question of just joining the dots
As it was a Boeing 777, I suspect there has been a cover up; they know where the plane is and probably what happened to it
