Amazon – Con artists

I ordered something for a friend, to say thank you for all that she has done for me.

There was a very lengthy delay time but it was the piece that I thought would be best suited to her.

Even a week after the order, nothing had happened but suddenly, today, it has been despatched. I was concerned about the delay so I had a little dig. I then found out it was coming from America. Nothing but nothing was stated on the face of it as to where it was coming from, but I assumed it was from the UK.

How wrong I was.

The huge delay was because it had probably been despatched the same day but then came over on a boat. That was why the delivery timetable was “stuck”

Thankfully, now it is in Blighty and my friend will get it soon.

But this just goes to show how superficial Amazon are in that “delivery” only starts when it arrives in the UK.

Amazon should be more transparent and state, CLEARLY, where it is coming from. Ebay do it so why don’t they?

At least Ebay are honest about where something is coming from

That my friends, is a con so WATCH OUT
