Dad’s illness

Surrey County Council adult services have got back to me quite quickly and, given what I have told them, they are going to investigate.

Due to my Dad’s illness, they will get the Police to investigate as to whether my brother has been exerting undue influence on his father, in order to extract money.

This will take some time and so I suggest that all parties act now, otherwise it will be out of their hands.

This is the second of two emails received this morning from Surrey County Council. I have provided as much information as I can.

Dear Mr Hender

With the information you have shared regarding your brother extracting large amounts of money from your father and using his illness to do this.

We will now have to report this as a safeguarding concern. We will also need to inform the police as it is a crime of theft you are disclosing.

Please provide us with your brothers details in order for us to furnish the police with the necessary details.

Kind Regards

S Wright
