Verity and I

A great deal has happened in the last 3 1/2 years and my daughter and I have grown apart, certainly not from my choosing.

It is time for both of us to start our lives again.

I will not come looking for her, although it is generally always a father’s desire to do so.

In years to come, maybe Verity will try and find me but I doubt it very much.

It is so sad that a family has been broken up, all for the sake of money and sheer greed

My father would rather preserve his ego than save verity’s career

But there we go; we have to keep putting one foot in front of the other, otherwise what is the point of our existence?
