Just to let you know

It comes as no surprise that there has been no payments for compensation or indeed the unpaid dividends, despite

  1. Me proving that they have illegally withheld dividends, using the documents that Paicolex Trust Management AG actually provided to me themselves
  2. Me proving that both Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG have been PROFESSIONALLY NEGLIGENT
  3. Me proving that both Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG have, through their complete arrogance, have failed to advise their insurers and, as I have been in dispute with both parties for years, their insurances will be voided when I win and I will win my case, as it is the terms of every professional indemnity insurance that the insurers are advised as soon as a dispute is effected with anyone
  4. Me proving that I am a client of Berwin Leighton Paisner, due to Gaby Kaiser contradicting herself in the same email, as to my efficacy as a client.

I have these and more specific examples of what Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG have been up to and this blog, itself, is a record on which I can draw information from, to complete the submission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, a great deal of it being in either BLP’s or Paicolex’s own hand. I do not need a great memory of events as everything is on electronic paper, although I do.

Once completed and sent by the end of the weekend, I will copy in the Disciplinary Council of the Law Society, copying in all of the journalists with whom I have been on contact with. Thank goodness that I have a large supply of A4 envelopes and stamps.

As I have said in my previous email, the last thing that big and successful businesses hate and that is bad press.

The big question is as to what my father has on Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG. Whatever it is, it is compelling these businesses from doing what is legal and, just as importantly, what is right.
