Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG are mere puppets of my father, WILLIAM THOMAS HENDER

Here we go again; what is that song? “Puppets on a string”

And if you wish to contact my father, his phone number is redacted and his address is redacted.

You can also email him at redacted

You can also email that crook, Claire Edwards, at Paicolex Trust Management AG.

Her email address is redacted and her phone number is redacted

Dear Miss Edwards,
You can send me that letter as many times as you like but you clearly do not appreciate my intellect.
As you know, I am a chartered accountant and forensic auditor of many years experience and your explanations just “do not wash”.
Here are my reasons for your explanations to be sheer and unadulterated rubbish
  • You clearly are just a pen pusher and whilst you are described as a trust officer, you do not know the first thing about trusts. The moment that the trust receives money, all beneficiaries are liable to tax on those dividends, NOT when they are physically paid the relevant monies
  • If an amount appears as an advanced receipt, ignoring the tax implications, it would appear in the following years accounts. As you will see from the attached, it does not, with £300,000 being received and paid AFTER the tax year commencement
  • For the subsequent year, the amount of £300,000 CANNOT  appear in both the profit and loss account AND the balance sheet
  • I strongly suggest that whilst Martin declared his “normal” dividend, he never declared the extra dividends of £245,000 and £300,000 respectively. I will be writing a separate letter to HMRC PURELY on this point and Martin will be subject to heavy fines, penalties and interest
Given your compliant intransigence and your complicity with my father, the compensation payments have now risen to£300,000 each. Every time that you declare a falsehood, the amount of compensation will increase by an additional £100,000
