A message to the criminals at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG

Like all of the emails that I have sent and have published, this is rather self explanatory.

I recommend that any clients of the above cease immediately to do any further business with them.

I am sure that you are all well aware that I have now received my dividend. However, a deduction has been made from the gross without my consent and it does not match with any of the supposed illegal deductions that you intended on making.
You may have deducted an amount from the net and if that is the case, you have gone farther than you have ever gone before as the net dividend cannot be touched by anyone save for me.
The threat of the deduction may have come from Lugg himself but as Paicolex Trust Management AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berwin Leighton Paisner, you are all culpable as you have all been well aware of what was going to transpire.
You have all clearly ignored the facts with regards to not only the illegal dividend set off but also to the fact that my brother received an extra £545,000 of gross dividends over the two years of accounts that I saw; I am sure that with my father, you all conspired to prevent me from receiving this extra dividend; I am sure that when my father received the email that you would have forwarded to him, he would have thrown his toys out of the pram, just like a child, which sadly his behaviour now reflects as a result of his illness.
I have been a qualified Chartered Accountant for many years and, as such, I have lead my life by a code of strong ethics, both personal and professional.
You have all, by your omission to reply to any of my recent emails, shown that you have absolutely no professional or personal ethics and that you lack the gumption to do what you know is right.
Yet another letter will be now sent to The Law Society, The Solicitors Regulatory Authority and, of course, to HMRC.
This email will, of course, be published on my blog to shame the lot of you for the CRIMINALS that you all are,  as well as the firms for which you work.
