Berwin Leighton Paisner and Paicolex Trust Management AG think I am bluffing; I AM NOT

My many thousands of readers, from around the world, have seen the post relating to what I demand from them, in effect to punish them for their disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour and their blatant disregard for the rights of me, as a beneficiary and Paicolex’s flagrant breach of their primary duties, as the corporate trustees of the Hender Family Settlement and the breach of their duty of care to the beneficiaries.

Both organisations have totally ignored my demands to remove my father, as the UK “representative” of the family trust, due to his irrational behaviour as a result of his worsening Alzheimer’s.

Indeed, the CHAIRMAN of Paicolex, the corporate trustees, said to me in an email that “he saw no reason to remove my father as the UK representative on the basis that he had Alzheimer’s“.

What planet is the chairman, ANDREW LUGG, on? In just about every context, someone who has Alzheimer’s is barred from:

  1. Making a will
  2. Changing a will
  3. Entering into a legal contract
  4. Driving

The list goes on and on

I have given them all AMPLE OPPORTUNITY to remedy their past actions but they have just ignored me and have, in effect, called my bluff.

I gave them until last night but I have heard nothing.

Over the weekend, I will prepare formal complaint letters and other documentation that will be sent to the Managing Partner of Berwin Leighton Paisner, Lisa Mayhew, as well as the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

These submissions will give the relevant parties no choice but to remove the personnel that I demanded be removed due to their professional misconduct and breach of duty of care to the beneficiaries of the Hender Family Settlement.

Let the work begin
